Work Ready Kāpiti Privacy Policy

• We collect personal information from you, including your name, contact information,  location, required interactions with our organisation, ethnicity, age.  

• We collect your personal information in order to identify how we can work with you, if  you are a business, or how we can best support you if you are participating in the  programmes we deliver. 

• We keep your information safe by storing it in a secure cloud-based location and  allow only Work Ready Kāpiti contractors and Board Members access to the  information, as required.  

• The information is held for 4 years, after which time it is securely destroyed. 

• You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you,  and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.  

• You are not required to give us this information. However if we do not have it we may  not be able to provide our full service. It is voluntary sharing of information.
