Charlotte Tollervey
Operations Manager
Charlotte is responsible for programme delivery of all youth focussed initiatives, as well as stakeholder management, event management, sponsorship & marketing oversight.
Charlotte is a hyper-organised Event/Project Manager with a passion for supporting not for profits - particularly those working with youth.
Originally from the UK, where she completed her 2:1 BA Hons in Media, Charlotte has over 17 years experience in the Event and Marketing space.
Charlotte is passionate about her family & enjoys supporting them to achieve their dreams - which usually involves football, physical activity and food! All whilst living the beautiful beach lifestyle of the Kāpiti Coast.
Meet Kath!
Kath is responsible for strategic planning, supporting the Board of Trustees as Secretariat, and sourcing funding for the organisation.
Kath brings 15 years experience in the health sector and 10 years of secondary teaching to this role. Managing national programmes of work relating to the health and wellbeing of children and young people have been the cornerstone of her career to date.
She is an active participant in her community as a Justice of the Peace and Marriage Celebrant. Her two grandchildren and large extended family keep her busy outside of work.

Meet Natalie!
Natalie runs the WEX work experience programme for Work Ready Kapiti. Connecting rangitahi with local employers to gain experience and insights into career pathways they might be interested in pursuing.
Natalie is the co-owner of PomPom Events & Marketing, a business on a mission to support good people to do good things in the communities of Aotearoa! She is passionate about working with people and supporting them to achieve their dreams and make a positive impact.
Natalie is a mother of two boys and loves to lead an adventurous lifestyle.
Meet Josef!
Josef is responsible for producing all content, designs, and communications to show the incredible programmes that Work Ready Kāpiti has to offer.
Josef is currently working towards his Masters of Communication, having recently graduated with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in English Literature and Media Studies. Throughout his studies he has loved understanding how audiences and mediums intersect, and is excited to bring his skills to the Work Ready Kāpiti team.
Outside of work, you’ll often find Josef putting his creative skills to use in the kitchen, or if the sun is shining, fishing off the nearest beach.
