Charlotte Tollervey
Operations Manager
Charlotte is responsible for programme delivery of all youth focussed initiatives, as well as stakeholder management, event management, sponsorship & marketing oversight.
Charlotte is a hyper-organised Event/Project Manager with a passion for supporting not for profits - particularly those working with youth.
Originally from the UK, where she completed her 2:1 BA Hons in Media, Charlotte has over 17 years experience in the Event and Marketing space.
Charlotte is passionate about her family & enjoys supporting them to achieve their dreams - which usually involves football, physical activity and food! All whilst living the beautiful beach lifestyle of the Kāpiti Coast.
Meet Kath!
Kath is responsible for strategic planning, supporting the Board of Trustees as Secretariat, and sourcing funding for the organisation.
Kath brings 15 years experience in the health sector and 10 years of secondary teaching to this role. Managing national programmes of work relating to the health and wellbeing of children and young people have been the cornerstone of her career to date.
She is an active participant in her community as a Justice of the Peace and Marriage Celebrant. Her two grandchildren and large extended family keep her busy outside of work.

Meet Maxim!
Maxim runs the WEX work experience programme for Work Ready Kapiti, connecting rangitahi with local employers to gain experience and insights into career pathways they might be interested in pursuing.
Maxim is also responsible for producing all content, designs, and communications to show the incredible programmes that Work Ready Kāpiti has to offer.
Outside of work, you’ll often find him lost in a good book, or if the sun is shining, fishing off the nearest beach.
