Work Ready Kāpiti runs employer seminars throughout the year, to help support employers to have long-lasting working relationships with youth. These seminars are free to attend and cover a range of topics including onboarding processes, communication styles, and problem-solving skills. The goal of these events is for employers to leave feeling that they can better support Gen Z in their workplace.
